Our position at noon today is at sea approaching Santo Domingo's southeast coast.  We were rocking and rolling last night and this morning but is much better this afternoon.  Temperature is 80 degrees with sunny skies.

LAST NIGHT:

                                                                 My Ketel One martini.
We played a joke on Marcia.  She loves green beans and orders them for dinner most every night.  So at lunch I asked Nino for one uncooked green bean.  Then when she ordered her usual Grey Goose martini with a twist I had Peter put the green bean on her martini.
A new garnish for her martini.
Marcia shared this photo of last night with us.
Most every evening during cocktail hour two of the production singers & dancers show up in the lounges to visit with guests.  Last night Austin and Kelsey chatted with us.  Had to get a photo of her.

Barbara and Wiley joined us later in the Horizon Lounge for a drink before we all headed next door to Chartreuse for dinner.  Sorry I did not get a photo of the 5 of us.  It was a great evening as after dinner we all adjourned to the theater for the show.

Rebecca and I both started with the crab soup (not very hot) then dover sole as our entrees.  Must admit that we did enjoy our dinner in Chartreuse.

We were a little disappointed with the "Pampas Devils" show.

TODAY:

Due to the ship's moving about we cut our treadmill time to just 30 minutes and at a slower speed.  Much better this afternoon.
They were carving this ham for lunch time in La Veranda.  I did not try it however.
I decided to have some pasta instead and added some spices to mine.
I did not eat the bread.  Just enjoyed the tuna salad.

Excursions reservations form came this morning for our next segment's ports.  So this afternoon I went through the choices and picked a few.  Will not be doing tours in several ports however.  At noon our Captain said our port call for Victoria, BC, is canceled.  Looking like another sea day.
A very pleasant surprise to find out the ship will be televising the Masters Golf Tournament.  They started at noon today.  Big change from Regent's previous years of only showing the NFL Super Bowl.  No other USA sports were shown.  This year we got to see all the NFL playoff games, Super Bowl, and now the Masters.  Bravo Regent!!!!
This evening is quite exciting as at 6:15 they will finally be having a crew show (Krew Kapers as it is called).  Normally this show is at the end of every cruise segment but due to the ship's covid protocols it has not happened.  Krew Kapers is always a favorite of us guests and I am sure the theater will be packed for it.
This is another formal optional dress night so we shall be donning our formal attire for sure.  Normally they have beef Wellington on the menu in Compass Rose but not tonight.  Turkey on it and you may recall my gravy problem last time it was served.  I have been promised they will have the "proper" turkey gravy for me tonight.
At 9:15 our favorite production show, "Blazing Boots" will occur.  This will be the 4th time we've seen this show on this cruise.  Absolutely will be front center for it however.
We will be docked at Puerto Plata on the Dominican Republic by 7am tomorrow.

HOMEWARD BOUND

LAST NIGHT We had cocktails in the Mariner Lounge with Marcia, Burt, Richard, Harvey, and Gudrun (sales consultant).  Then up to Sette Mar...
