Our position shown bottom center where the yellow arrow is.  Off the west coast of Panama approaching the border with Costa Rica.  It is a warm day here in the Pacific Ocean but the seas are smooth today.

LAST NIGHT:

Dinner in Prime 7.  My crab cake appetizer.  Delish!!
Rebecca opted for a chopped wedge salad.
Kenny James' show was best show we have seen this cruise and many others.  WOW!  He has some moves.
Trevor, his son, travels with him and plays a great base guitar.  Really enjoyed them.

TODAY:

Passed by a large pod of dolphins dolphins playing this morning and I caught this one.  They were jumping completely out of the water.
Every Saturday morning in La Veranda they have a Bloody Mary bar.  Too early for me however.

Since this is a sea day I thought the gym might be busy so I went up on deck 12 and did my hour of fast walking on the track.  Big mistake as it was very hot (83) and humid.  Luckily I did not have a heat stroke.
At 11:15 Chef Ronald had a cooking demonstration in the Horizon Lounge.  I enjoy his presentations.
Chef Ronald is preparing chicken parmesan.  This dish is on tonight's menu in Compass Rose.
After his cooking demonstration Chef Ronald played a couple songs on the piano.  He is a VERY accomplished pianist.

This afternoon I decided to attend a lecture on Costa Rica by Hugh Neighbour in the theater.  I usually wait and watch the taped lectures on our suite tv.  I also read some more of my book, "2034".
This evening we shall be meeting two other couples for cocktails up in the Observation Lounge followed by dinner in Compass Rose.  They are Al & Phyliss Wilhelm from Sarasota and Burt & Karen Schraga from Sonoma.
The show at 9:15 is Fogwell Flax's second show.  Not going as left early during his first show.  We should be docked in Puntarenas, Costa Rica, by 7am tomorrow.

HOMEWARD BOUND

LAST NIGHT We had cocktails in the Mariner Lounge with Marcia, Burt, Richard, Harvey, and Gudrun (sales consultant).  Then up to Sette Mar...
