By the way, Reception Desk told me there are 350 passengers on board this segment.  Capacity of Mariner is 700 passengers.

LAST NIGHT

We love formal optional dress nights.
Marcia joined us for cocktails in the Mariner Lounge and dinner in Compass Rose.
This the assistant head bartender, Gusti.  He is from Bali.
                                                                  Sherman, our waiter
I had two orders of escargot.
We both chose Beijing duck for our entrees.  I also asked for a lobster tail.  It was over cooked and dry.  After dinner we headed to the theater for the production show.
The show was excellent.  A very talented cast of young singers and dancers.

TODAY:

Our position at noon is yellow arrow on the map.  Off Baha California.

At noon it is overcast and 60 degrees with smooth sailing again today.  We are scheduled to drop anchor off the coast of Cabo San Lucas tomorrow morning at 9am.  There is no cruise ship dock there so tenders will be used for those going ashore.  Our Captain says there will also be a Princess ship anchored at Cabo tomorrow with us.
Same routine this morning with room service breakfast, workout, and showered.  Lunch in La Veranda but I got some buffalo wings at pool grill.  Wings were delicious.
This afternoon at 2pm the ship's time moved up a hour.  So went to 3pm in order to be on Cabo's time tomorrow.  Rebecca is happy as Andy, cruise director, announced that the college national championship football game next Monday night will be televised on the ship.  Alabama vs Georgia.  Unfortunately, the Dallas Cowboys game this evening will not be televised.
This evening we will be dining with Joan & Charlie Davis and Marcia.  We met Joan & Charlie on our 2010 world cruise and have been friends since.  They live in San Francisco.  Tonight's show features a comedian, Phil Tag.
By the way, here is this segment's itinerary of our world cruise (???).
