Pre-dinner cocktails with Susanne in the Horizon Lounge.

I went up and took some photos of the deck BBQ.  It was very windy on the pool deck.

Assistant head bartender, Gusti, (on left) and William, a sommelier in front of the wine display.
                                                                  Beer display.
                                                                     Wait staff
Cold seafood display with shrimp and mussels.
Some salads including deviled eggs, shrimp salad, crab salad, avocado, vegetable salad, tomato with mozzarella cheese, and much more.
                                                  Grilling steaks, brats, pork chops.
                                                                   Suckling pig
                                                                          Spare ribs
                                                                      Pasta station
The chocolate fountain was being blown by the wind so they took it down.

Meanwhile we adjourned to Compass Rose for our dinner.  Only a few dining there as most went up to the BBQ.
We had the black mussels with white wine cream sauce for our appetizer.  Ok, I had two orders.  Very yummy.
Our entrees was this veal piccata with lemon-caper butter sauce on top of mascarapone polenta.
Mario, our waiter, recommended I try this caramelized banana in crispy phyllo and ice cream.  It was really good.
One of the desserts was this New York cheesecake.  I did not think it would be like the real cheese cake in NY so I tried a bite.  It was like NY cheesecake.

TODAY:

I decided not to go on my scheduled 8:30 tour today.  After that big dinner last night I figured I better hit the treadmill instead this morning.
This is a Swedish Star Clipper's Royal Clipper docked at the pier across from our balcony today.  She can accommodate 170 passengers.
Behind us is Oceania's Insignia and Seabourn's Odyssey
Also behind is the Wind Star.  The huge P&O Azura ship is also here again today.
Our balcony has been in the shade most of today so I sat out for an hour after my time on the treadmill this morning and sat out again this afternoon.  Temperature is 86 but humidity is only 45% and there is a nice little breeze so quite pleasant.
This evening we will be having cocktails with Marcia and the entertainer, Andy Hackbarth, following that the three of us will be joined for dinner by Jimbo & Mary Ann Todd in Compass Rose.
There is another movie at 9pm in the theater that I've watched on our suite tv about 10 times so far.  There are 4 tv movie channels but they seem to play the same movies over and over.  The comedian, Paul Adam, will do a show at 9:30 in the Horizon Lounge that I may go to.
We will be sailing again this evening at 6pm for our next port of call, St George's on Grenada.  We are to arrive there tomorrow morning at 8am.  We will be overnighting there too.

HOMEWARD BOUND

LAST NIGHT We had cocktails in the Mariner Lounge with Marcia, Burt, Richard, Harvey, and Gudrun (sales consultant).  Then up to Sette Mar...
